The woman and her choices

What do women want? Despite their achievements, many feel pressured when they need to make choices and make decisions. The fear of making mistakes and paying a high price for it increases insecurity and shakes self-esteem.

I look at the role of contemporary women and new possibilities for the conquest of self-confidence, essential for a fuller and happier life.

Humanized relationships, productive environments

Companies have faced the great challenge of combining their needs with the personal satisfaction of their employees, whether employees or customers. For this distance to be reduced, it is essential to develop a more empathic communication.

In this lecture, I offer strategies to make ourselves, in fact, available to the other as agents of transformation and promoters of well-being, creating more harmonious, connected and productive environments.

The power of conversations

To talk is to walk together, in groups or with ourselves. We were born to make connections and with the ability to define the quality of them.

In this talk, I take a look at the types of conversations needed, their importance and their power to open or close paths, in personal and professional life.

“When there is true dialogue, both sides are willing to change.” - Thich Nhat Hanh

The art of creating new perspectives

Looks are born from the interaction between the Being and the World, therefore, they are very rich sources of our stories, choices and actions in life. They bring a baggage of beliefs that often seem true, but are just looks.

I offer a reflection on the Observer that we are and suggestions on how to create new lenses to deal with life in a lighter and healthier way.

“There are no truths, there are looks.”

The project “Behind the Scenes” was born from an old nuisance when we realize the invisibility of many workers who make a difference in our lives. I interview people to bring them visibility.
